By using Rachna, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which together constitute a binding agreement.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard your login credentials.

• You may use AI-generated outputs as you like, but we do not guarantee their accuracy or appropriateness.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms.

• Our in-app currency ("coins") can be purchased in various bundles. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
• Coin pricing and story unlock requirements are clearly displayed on the Platform.
• Stories once unlocked can be replayed without additional cost.

• We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

• All rights to the Platform, software, and branding belong to Rasengan Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.
• Upon termination, you may lose access to your account and content.

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
• Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of any changes.
